1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Masar, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Masar is a cloud ERP system providing accounting, invoicing, inventory management, POS, and HR services. The service is compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your negligence in protecting login credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan. Fees paid are non-refundable except in exceptional cases determined by our team. We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We store your data on secure servers in Saudi Arabia. We will not share your data with third parties except with your explicit consent or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the system for any illegal purposes or in violation of Saudi regulations. Attempting to breach the system or manipulate data is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a reliable service with 99.9% uptime. In case of service interruption, our liability does not exceed the subscription fees for the affected period. We are not responsible for any indirect losses.

8. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you can export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate service in case of terms violation.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or in-system notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent Saudi courts.
